   1. Not creating the ads ourselves if we do not want to
   2. Need someone to go to meetings/bring ideas for new ads from club

1. MISSION GALA
   1. We have curated a list of potential donors from Mission, Abbotsford, and Langley
   2. We will need people to phone out; Will have a script to go along with it
      1. Volunteers to make phone outs?
   3. There will be a slide show at the Gala; I will send pictures in if anyone else has ones they would like to add; Deadline Nov 1

1. WORLD POLIO DAY – OCT 24
   1. Fundraiser? Donation by club?

1. WE ARE UPDATING OUR WEBSITE!
   1. Same mission statement for now
   2. Going to be adding pictures of members if you want to submit to [email protected]
