      1. Spreadsheet to track donors of silent auction items work?
      2. Do we want a document with details to make contacting places easier?

1. 1. 1. Rotary Club of Mission offering Rotaract club use of sign advertising for free
      2. Location: Entering Mission BC from Maple Ridge, before the Walmart
      3. Mission Clubs get 30 minutes total time per day in 6 second increments
      4. Looking for someone interested in creating ads for events, membership, etc
      5. Expected completion of Digital Sign, September 2024

1. 1. 1. Whatsapp is good for chat but less helpful for checking upcoming meetings, events, projects since it’s buried under other messages
      2. Place to share external details to send to friends/family
